​​​              MAKES 12 BROWNIES​



INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
  • 2 cups stevia/ sukrin gold
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 
  • 3/4 cups butter, melted
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Sonia’s baking mix 
  • Dash of salt




INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Melt the butter and the chocolate carefully to ensure it does not burn. 20 - 30 seconds at a time. Stir each time.
  2. While that is melting combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl: Sonia’s baking mix, stevia and salt.
  3. Combine the chocolate mixture with the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Add vanilla extract and walnuts. 
  5. Mix well until combined. 
  6. Grease or spray baking dish. 
  7. Pour mixture into baking dish.​
  8. Bake at 375*F for 15 to 20 minutes. 





Serve warm with coconut/almond milk!
