CHEESECAKE POPSICLES 

 Cheesecake Popsicles
***Macros are for 30 popsicles***

The number of popsicles will depend on the size of your mold. Take this into consideration when calculating your macros. Macros below are for my molds


Blueberry Mixture

  • 1 cup —Fresh/frozen Blueberries
  • 2 Tablespoons —Butter, melted
  • 16 ounces —Full Fat Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup —Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Lemon Juice —Juice of 2 Lemons or 4 tablespoons
  • 1/2 cup —Swerve / Your favorite sugar substitute     
  •           ***remember to adjust macros accordingly***
  • 4 teaspoons —Vanilla Extract



Strawberry Mixture

  • 1 cup —Chopped strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 Tablespoons —Butter, melted
  • 16 ounces —Full Fat Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup —Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Lemon Juice —Juice of 2 Lemons or 4 Tablespoons
  • 1/2 cup —Swerve / Your favorite sugar substitute     
  •         ***remember to adjust macros accordingly***
  • 4 teaspoons —Vanilla Extract
  • ***OPTIONAL— 1/2 cup chopped strawberries to be added for chunks of strawberries in the popsicle!-- not included in macros calculation.

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender or kitchen aid. Mix until smooth.
  2. (strawberry popsicles) fold in the additional strawberries.
  3. Pour mixture into your molds.
  4. Do not completely fill to the top. You must leave room for the cover.
  5. Freeze for 3 hours or overnight.
