INGREDIENTS:

  • ​​30 ounces --ground beef
  • 1/2 medium --red onion
  • 1 small --green pepper
  • 1 medium --roma tomato
  • 3 --minced garlic cloves
  • 1 --poblano pepper
  • 3 cups --beef broth
  • 1 tsp --worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp --paprika
  • 1/2 Tbsp --cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp --cumin
  • 1/2 tsp --black pepper
  • 1 tsp --salt
  • 1 tsp --oregano
  • ***15 ounces (1 can) -- Black soy beans *** (optional)




INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. ​​Brown the meat. Do not drain.
  2. Add spices. Mix well.
  3. Add veggies. Mix well.
  4. Add broth. Mix well.
  5. Bring to a boil then simmer until it reaches the thickness you desire.
