Crust ​For pies / Cheesecake

This crust is FANTASTIC!!!

Un-Sweetened MACROS

Makes 24 Servings

(1 Tbsp per serving)


  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons Stevia / your favorite sugar substitute (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 Tablespoon oat fiber


  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixer, by hand or in a blender. 
  2. Mix until it forms into a crust-like consistency. I like to get my hands in and knead it. 
  3. Spread into a baking dish or your molds. 
  4. Bake at 350*F for 10-20 mins or until golden brown.

***For crust I used 1 TBSP per mold for the mini cheesecakes.
