MACROS-- Tartar Sauce

                       Makes 8 Servings 

           
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • 2 lbs —cod fish
  • 1/4 cup —almond / coconut flour
  • 1 1/2 cups —grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 teaspoons —italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoon —garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon —black pepper
  • 3 teaspoon —parsley
  • 2 eggs —beaten


                ********Tartar Sauce********
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • 2 cups —mayo
  • 1/2 cup —dill relish
  • 1 teaspoon —yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon —cayenne pepper


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Beat the eggs and put aside.
  2. In a shallow dish combine the following: parmesan cheese, almond flour, parsley, italian seasoning, garlic powder and black pepper.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Dip fish in the egg and then the breading. While you are doing this heat up the oil for frying or pre-heat oven.
  5. Repeat until done.
  6. Now you are ready to fry!


INSTRUCTIONS For Tartar Sauce:

  1. In a bowl combine the following: mayo, dill relish, yellow mustard and cayenne pepper.
  2. Mix well and set aside.
