Chocolate goodness!


  1. In a medium microwavable bowl melt the following together: chocolate chips, coconut oil and the sugar substitute. Use 30 second intervals and mix after each time. You are looking for the chocolate to be melted with a smooth consistency.
  2. Once well combined add the remaining ingredients. Stir well until combined. ***Here is the best place to do a taste test. If you feel you need to add more of something, now would be the time.***  Be sure to update your macros accordingly.
  3. Pour mixture into your molds. (if you are using the silicone molds, be sure to place them on a baking sheet for stability).
  4. Freeze for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Pop these goodies out of the molds and transfer them to an airtight container.
  6. Keep these refrigerated. Never leave these out of the refrigerator as these will melt quickly!
  7.  Leave out for about 3-5 minutes prior to eating to help soften them up a bit. This way you can enjoy their creaminess!

  • 1/4 cup —organic coconut oil
  • 2 tsp —coconut extract
  • 1/2 cup —whole almonds
  • 1/2 cup —60% cacao chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon —vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup —organic un-sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon —sukrin gold -OR- your favorite sugar substitute
