Homemade Greek Dressing

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup-- olive oil
  • 1/2 cup-- Organic Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp-- minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp-- lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp-- dried oregano
  • 1 tsp-- pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp-- black pepper
  • ​1 tsp-- Stevia (or-- your favorite sugar substitute)




INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Shake well to combine.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container.
  4. Keep refrigerated. Keeps great for up to 1 week.
  5. Shake vigorously well before use.

Homemade Avocado-Lime Dressing

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup-- plain whole milk greek yogurt
  • 4 Tbsp-- heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp-- minced garlic
  • 1 -- Haas Avocado (or-- 1/2 Medium avocado)
  • 2 Tbsp-- fresh parsley (approx. 0.5 ounces)
  • 3 -- green onions
  • 1/4 tsp--pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/8 tsp-- black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp-- lime juice



INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients, except the heavy whipping cream, together in a food processor or blender.
  2. Add heavy whipping cream until you get the consistency that you love.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container.
  5. Keep refrigerated for up to one week.
  6. Before using, shake well.

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 tsp-- minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp-- Fresh Chives (or- 1/2 tsp dried chives)
  • 1 Tbsp-- Dried parsley
  • 1 cup-- Mayo
  • 1/2 cup--sour cream
  • 1/4 cup-- heavy whipping cream (as needed)
  • 2 tsp--white vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp-- pink Himalayan salt
  • ​1/4 tsp-- onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp-- white pepper (optional-- included in macros)
  • ​1/4 tsp-- cayenne pepper (optional-- included in macros)


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer mixture to an airtight container.
  4. Keep refrigerated for up to one week!
