SANGRIA --RED & WHITE

​​           Makes 10 Generous Servings 

             ********White Sangria********
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • 1 1/4 cup    Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup      Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup      Blackberries
  • 2 Tbsp    Stevia
  • 2 Tbsp    Lime juice
  • 1 - 12 ounce can of  Smirnoff Seltzer — 1 carb —watermelon
  • Low carb white wine —- Riesling by Barefoot (best I could find in my area)
  • 1 shot white Bacardi rum



                ********Red Sangria********
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • 1 1/4 cup    Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup      Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup      Blackberries
  • 2 Tbsp    Stevia
  • 2 Tbsp    Lime juice
  • 1 - 12 ounce can of  Smirnoff Seltzer — 1 carb —cranberry lime
  • Low carb Red Wine—- Sweet Red Blend by Barefoot (best I could find in my area)
  • 1 shot white Bacardi rum


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. ​Combine all ingredients to a container that has a lid. 
  2. ***Remember—- pour the seltzer water slowly as this will fizz
  3. Mix with a spoon and let sit for at least 24 hours. This will allow the fruits to marinate and make this a YUMMY drink for your celebration!


You may add more Rum if you desire. Please drink responsibly and
