Sonia's Baking Mix

EASY TO MAKE FOR FABULOUS GOODIES!!

                     Makes 8 Cups

                **1 cup per serving**
(Measures cup for cup just like flour!)



INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • 2 Cups --Whey Protein— Unflavored
  • 4 Cups --Almond Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons --Baking Soda
  • 2 teaspoons --Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 2 Cups --Oat Fiber 
  • 2 teaspoons --Xanthan Gum




INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all of the above ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Mix well before each use.
  3. Store in airtight container.
