This sauce is FABULOUS over pancakes, yogurt and MORE!!!

Makes 8 Servings

(1 tsp per serving)






INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 2 Tbs Stevia
  • 4 Tbs water (add more if you want the sauce thinner; a tablespoon at a time)
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice




INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a boil. 
  3. Stir frequently to avoid scorching. 
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Pour over yogurt, cheesecake or pancakes prior to serving.


***Add water one Tablespoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency.

***Add one Tablespoon of sweetener at a time until you have reached your desired sweetness. Remember to update macros accordingly.
