TOMATOE CAPRESE SALAD

​​                      MAKES 6 SERVINGS



INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  • 2 --Small vine ripe tomatoes
  • 4 --Basil leaves
  • 2 --Fresh Mozzarella balls
  • 10 --Thin slices Genoa salami 
  • 6 ounces --Roasted Red Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons --Balsamic Vinegar (1 tsp per servings)




INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Slice tomatoes and Mozzarella.
  2. Place on serving platter.
  3. Chop up the roasted red pepper and place on serving platter.
  4. Roll up the salami, one slice at a time and place on the serving platter.
  5. Chop up the Basil Leaves and sprinkle over top.


***The Macros include a teaspoon serving of balsamic vinegar over top of the serving of caprese**
