  • 1 packet of taco seasoning 
  • 8 Pepper Jack Cheese — Deli Slices 
  • Pico de Gallo —to taste
  • Lettuce
  • Sour cream— to taste
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Cilantro for garnish


Use your favorite toppings. Remember to account for the macros!


  1. In a pot add ground turkey and taco seasoning. 
  2. Cook meat until brown. 
  3. Bake the Pepper Jack Cheese Deli Slices on 400*F for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Construct your open faced taco.
