Makes 8 servings of 1/4 cup each!
***Heavy Whipping Cream doubles in volume when whipped!***
- 16 ounces-- Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 - 2 Tablespoons -- Stevia or your favorite sugar substitute
- 1 tsp-- Vanilla Extract
- Pour your heavy whipping cream into a large mixing bowl.
Add all ingredients and mix until the cream has stiff peaks. This process takes approximately 3-5 minutes.
Once you made your whipped cream, you can transfer it to an airtight container and either eat it or freeze it.
